Virginia Pineda

Virginia Pineda, Mexican / American with a bi-national background, growing up and studying on both sides of the border. Her studies include a Bachelor´s Degree in Political Science from the University of San Diego, as well as, a Graduate Degree from the School of Law at the University of Arizona. In addition to her education, Virginia has complemented her academic career with professional experience: in the public sector, having worked in different areas of the Government; in the private sector, as an entrepreneur; and in support of her community, as volunteer in different organizations focused in helping vulnerable populations and in groups that seek to promote culture among the community. She moved from Idaho with her family 6 years ago where her son Ricardo was born. Mother, Wife, Daughter and Sister, her efforts focus in seeking the best for her family and community. She seeks guidance every day in the words of her mother: “Keep your heart where your feet are standing.”
