Kelly Fryer

Kelly Fryer is a former pastor and lifelong Chicago Cubs fan, which helps explain why she has never been afraid of big challenges and what looks like hopeless causes. In 2013 she became CEO of YWCA Southern Arizona, a 100-year old organization with the mission of eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. Under her leadership, YWCA has tripled in size, acquired two nonprofit organizations, added a second campus and is launching the statewide Stand Together Arizona Training & Advocacy Center. Kelly teaches in ASU’s Nonprofit Management Institute (NMI) and is a teaching member of the board of the new Eller Social Innovation (ESI) program. She already has tickets to spring training.
