Deborah Dale

Deborah Dale, CFRE, is a founding partner of Smith & Dale, LLC, a consulting firm working with nonprofits to increase revenues and improve organizational operations and with corporations to enhance their philanthropic endeavors.

Prior to forming Smith & Dale, LLC, Deb served as Executive Director of Arizona List, a statewide Super Pac; Chief Development Officer for the Primavera Foundation; Corporate and Major Gifts Officer for the Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault; and was a founding Partner of Décor Solutions, LLC.

Deb earned her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential and was named the Southern Arizona Fundraising Executive of the Year. She has been honored by the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management as a recipient of their “Ordinary Women Doing Extraordinary Things” Award and was named one of Tucson’s “40 Under 40” business leaders.
